This course cause Yesenia to reminisce a bit
about her past labours.

God, through this course, was reminding Yesenia
that her work is not in vain. The majority
of the faces that she saw at the course, were the
same students that she had trained back in 2001.
These students have remained faithful to Gods
call for the past 17 years! Through these
students as well, God has birthed two churches because
of the Bible clubs started for kids by these same
teachers. Thank you Lord for your
faithfulness! 

Yesenia teaching TCE Level 1 in the Bible
Institute Belen Baptist Church, started in August
2018. On this same date, CEF Nicaragua began
its TCE Level 2 course in the same institute.

God encouraged Yesenias heart agian as well as
mine as we saw one of our Bible Club students form
part of the TCE Level 1 training course. God is
confirming agian that our Work in the Lord
is never in vain. 

The student with the red gift, was our Bible
Club student. In her note to us one day
she told us: Because of Gods love shown
through you guys, I want to continue
teaching Gods love to the children. For this
reason I am being trained again by you
to open my own Bible Club. 

I helped Yesenia again in this past TCE Level 1 course by
imparting 5 of the main topics of the course as well as
with the evaluations. 

Perhaps one of the biggest rewards we received was
Gods confirming words to us through the students. Yesenia
found out that one of the students she had taught in Sunday
School, more than 21 years ago, was now taking our TCE Level
2 course. God is continuing to encourage her to keep
up the good fight. 

Part of the evaluations for the students is for them
to open their own Bible Club by the end of the
course and present a class to the kids outside
of their own church. To do this of course, they need
to make their own visual aides. Here is
some of the work they presented. 

We were a bit worried when we showed up
to impart our last course in November 2018. We gave
CEF's Introductory course in Rosario Rivas for the first time.
We waited over an hour in the church and absolutely no
one showed up.

At the point we were ready to pack up and leave,
our first students began to show up. God is faithful, He
promised that He would open the doors in the Rivas/Ometepe
area and we have seen Him fulfill His Promises.

That day, Yesenia and I saw as God opened the door
to minister to the kids in the Rivas area as we taught
27 teachers in the Rosario area. 

As we saw all these students successfully
complete this basic course, we are confident
that God will continue to do great things
in this new area.
